JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND PROFILE From July 2019 to Now ( 01 year) :
** To assure the quality of the incoming parts as per their criteria and Quality inspection standard.
** Maintain the record and analysis of CAPA, defect record, Rejection PPM, Supplier rating etc.
** Support to Prepare related documents such as Inspection Standard, WI, PPAP, FMEA etc.
** Conduct In-process and system audit at supplier to ensure continue quality system requirements.
** Responsible for Product testing internal and third party.
** Monitor the quality corrective action plan implemented at supplier end to ensure parts quality.
** Review supplier manufacturing process ,collaborate with the supplier on process improvement
** Undertake personal continuous training and development
** Support new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meet the required standard.
** Contribute to continuous improvement activities
** Provide technical knowledge leadership and supplier quality engineering support on NPD department
From Jan 2018 to June 2019 (01 Year 06 Month) :
** Work with Design and manufacturing engineers to define process parameter and criteria to ensure process capability effective to meet product and process requirement.
** To manage men power as per their skills and technical abilities to archive effectiveness in the quality.
** Co-ordinate and trained the men power and concern person to work in effective and efficient way.
** Resolves quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options and implementing action plans
** To Chart preparation and analysis of defect, rejection & rework (In-house and Customer).
** To prepare inspection layout of the parts (FOA, MOA and LOA).
** To run the line smoothly to resolve the issues by finding root causes of the problems.
** Reduce the Rejection and rework with the help of red bin analysis and maintain the record.

(2) Worked as a team leader in the design and fabrication of Abrasive Water Jet Machine in my final year project.
About project-The mixing of abrasive particles in water jet is in such type that water jet's momentum is transferred to the abrasive.
The coherent , abrasive that water jet's that exists the AWJM nozzle has that ability to cut various metals , such as, glass, ceramics and composites.
(3) New Line Setup for KWPM Link Assy. Engine Hanger.
HMSI – 1F & 2F (Jan 2018 to March 2018)
Role- Process quality Engineer.
Project details :-To set up a new Weld lines for Link Assy. Engine Hanger.
