Installations and support of Network operating systems like Windows 2003 to 2016 server etc.

Installation & troubleshooting of various server & end computer applications.

Problem identification and resolution and provide technical help on site.

User access management through active directory granting access to share drives, servers etc.

In coordination with security team remediate vulnerabilities using different patches, upgrades, registry modification and GPO.

Troubleshooting and supporting applications from platform end as per requirement from application teams.

Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management

Work on service requests of one or more types performed by the team

Establish/manage remote access for users through RDP connections

Keep improving team efficiency and performance, with using of scripts or tools where possible.

Automate processes cautiously to save manual work.

Auditing and providing quality related feedback on tickets and sharing improvisations possible.
Virtualization :

Basic knowledge of VMware infrastructure with hands on experience in resource allocation of VM, Server decommission, ESXi etc.

Increasing disk space, RAM, CPU of VMs

Server build, Server Decom and basic troubleshooting on VM end.
Automation:

Through BIGFIX Manual Patching converted to auto patching activities.Using Tanium tool for automation.

Creating PowerShell script for increasing the server performance to automate manual Activities.
