Job responsibilities :
Preparation of Test certificates, acceptance certificates, minutes of meeting presents on power point
Maintenance of stores
Maintenance of Inward, out ward registers & Ledger book, issue of Material, Requirement of material, maintenance of stock level
Maintenance of Excise records
Day to day maintenance of Excise & Service Tax Registers & Records i.e., Daily Stock Account RG-I Register, Input & Capital Goods, Service Tax CENVAT Registers, PLA . Preparation of Revenue Statement for Payment of Central Excise on or before 5th of every month. Checking of Inputs & Capital goods & Input Service Invoices before availing CENVAT Credit. Preparation of Challans for the movement of Inputs for job Processing and maintain related records u/r 4(5) a and keeping track on issue & receipt of goods.
