My name is Shiv Poojan Maurya. As a Store Keeper & Stores Officer I have been working in Shiv-Vani oil& Gas exploration Services Ltd since last 16 years. I specially have sound knowledge & experience on Logistics, Survey & Drilling tools & Equipments of a drill site including drilling site warehouses. I have good coordination with base office and store dept.
Experience:
I have 16 years experience in Drillings & Seismic Store as in the following SHIV VANI OIL & GAS EXPLORATION SERVICES LTD. Survey Projects & Drilling Projects.
(A) Sep.1995 to January.1998 As a Asst. Store Keeper in Jammu & Kashmir 2D Seismic Project. (Operator was ONGCL ) familiar with all seismic survey tools and equipments.
(B) Feb.1998 to May 2003 As a Store Keeper in Assam 3D Seismic & Vibrator Survey Project. (Operator under OIL and ONGCL).
(C) June 2003 to December 2004 As a Sr. Store Keeper in Sivasagar Assam Work over Project,(Operator was ONGCL)
(D) January 2005 to Till Date As a Store Officer in Assam & Tripura Deep Drilling Rig. Chinese Rig ZJ-70 D (2000HP), ZJ-50 D (2000HP),Cyber Rig ZJ-70 (3000 HP)(Shivani Rig #50) and Rig # 32. I have worked mainly in Top Drive operated Rigs .
Material Man Experience:
** Management of all spares related to Drilling rigs, Vehicles, Compressor, and Data Acquiring Instrument.
** Inventory, Stock maintenance of Drilling fluid Chemical.
** Looking after maintenance and cost control in Operational field.
** Maintaining all the other statutory records.
** Day to day recording of Stores Inward Materials.
** Organizing Stores issues & preparation of Issue Vouchers.
** Preparation of Materials Receipts & Inspection Report.
** Organizing the Indents & forwarding the same to purchase for procurement.
** Preparation of Critical Spares List.
** Updating of stock Records.
** Preparation of Daily/weekly/Fort Nightly/Monthly Consumption of Oil & Lubricants, materials Report & forwarding the same to Head office.
** Physical verification of materials.
** Preparation of monthly Stock Statement.

Working with Windows 2007/ME/XP/2003& 2007, M.S.
