** Ensuring that all statutory sanctions, approvals are obtained and kept in safe custody.

** Ensuring that the subcontractors’ bills are paid in time including bill scrutiny, verification and approval.
ACHIEVEMENTS :
** Single handedly managed; 3 nos. Batching plants (simem-80, M1-60 and CP-30), 22 nos. Transit mixers HA494, 2 nos. Placer booms (KVM 32XL and KVM 36XL), 5 nos. Concrete pumps (2 nos. BP-1800, 1 no. BP-350 and 2 nos. 1407 Putzmeister), 2 nos. wheel-loaders, 7 nos. Backhoe loaders (JCB) and 118 nos. of staff including mechanics, operators and helpers; for the past 10years.
** Delivered 4, 50,000 cum of concrete with minimum breakdowns to the batching plants and other associated machineries (at Tiroda Thermal).
** Optimized on-site diesel consumptions by working out various systems for diesel distribution and keeping a close eye on operation and maintenance of various vehicles. The same techniques were applied for lubricants and spares.
** Maximized the operational hours of the plant and machineries by tight scheduling the maintenance during weekdays, thus minimizing maintenance shutdowns.
** Also managed on-site requirements of machineries and tools and tackles third party.
** Occasionally oversaw concreting at various structures, thus attaining the know-how.
