  • Ensuringthatbeforeleavinghe/sheclearsalltheduestocompany.

              3.Time Office Function & Leave Management-

  • Takingleaveapplications,forwardingtotheconcernedauthorityforapproval thencommunicatingtheapplicantaboutapproval/nonapproval,keepingthe recordofleavesinhardcopies(Applications)andinsoftcopy(ExcelSheet).
  • Prepare monthly attendance and send to the Head office for the salary processing.
