Present Profile (February 2015 To Till Date)
Presently I am working with Yanfeng Global Automotive Interiors, Sanand, Gujarat as a Quality Team leader Reporting to Manager Quality and leading 1 team leader and 21 Inspectors. Yanfeng set up more than 100 production bases across China and overseas to satisfy the customers of more than 30 OEMs, including the export to over 16 countries and areas in the North America, Europe, Australia and South East Asia. Through building up strategic relationship with global partners.It is an Interior trim (Plastic injection moulding, Painting and Assembly) manufacturer for Ford, MG Motors, FCA & BMW.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
** Maintaining all documents as per ISO : IATF16949:2016 and EMS ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 i.e. procedures and their deployments and conducting audits i.e. Internal Quality Audit, Internal EHS audit, Manufacturing Process audit, Product Audit, Layered process audit, Layout audit etc.
** Ensure system effectiveness as per Customer specific requirements.
** In-house Quality, Supplier Quality, Internal Auditing (as per ISO : IATF 16949:2016 & ISO: 14001)
** Follow up for CAPA & Effectiveness of External audits, Internal Audits and MRM for their closure.
** Customer related e.g. Handling Customer complaints, Warranty, Return and there action plan in the foam of PPSR (practical problem solving report) like 8D foam and there supporting documents and preparation their 6 monthly and yearly analysis.
** Reviewing Internal PPM, and daily rejection and rework, and final inspection action plan and its progress.
** Prepared supplier PPM report and review action plan of supplier through IMRR (Incoming material rejection report).
** Conduct supplier process audit and corrective action plan implementation evidence along with SPE.
** Responsible for preparation of systems for quality assurance function Incoming inspection system, In process inspection system and final inspection system, PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, Work instructions, Inspection standards and Job element sheet etc.
** Preparation of data & action plans and communication through Operational review meeting, Fast response board meeting, Daily departmental meeting, Weekly review meeting and Management review meeting etc.
** Handling and reviewing internal quality improvement projects.
** Skill up gradation of Internal plants persons and supplier persons through training and effectiveness.
** Conduction of external calibration activities in plant.
** Quality Team member of Management Review Meeting as per Frequency & Prepare Minute of Meeting of MRM.
** Working knowledge of ERP systems (QAD & SAP-QM)

1) PREVIOUS PROFILE (January 2010 to January 2015) :
Previously I was working withHarsha Engineers Ltd, Ahmedabad as Engineer- Quality Assurance. Having, certificates ISO 9001-2008, TS 16949-2009 (Approach for TPM)and turnover more than 325 Crores into the Manufacturing of precision bearing cages.
Major customers are FAG, SKF, Timken, ABC, TATA, RBC, NEI, NRB etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
** Periodic analysis and daily review of Internal / Customer Quality problems.
** Customer complaint handling, root cause analysis, initiating corrective & preventive actions, Simulation test carried out for root cause validation with Global 8D methodology and record all related evidences in SAP.
** Timely response to customer for any technical issues & Customer visit for resolving the same. (If required in case).
** To ensure implementation of the corrective/preventive actions against the non-conformances by physical verification and sharing the weak points during the regular weekly quality reviews.
** Responsible for system compliance and up gradation through capability study, Poison test, daily red bin analysis, Product and manufacturing Process audits as per yearly plan.
** Drive continual improvement in production process and do validation for amended process.
** Involved in try out for new development item with CFT team and make it success coordinating with related departments for any drawing and measurement query of New Product development.
** To ensure, updated QMS Process documents are used at all stages of manufacturing i.e. PFD, control plan, FMEA, SOP etc.
** On job training to the employees for Quality procedures, kaizens, Pokayoke, OPL, Why-Why analysis, Q-Components etc.
** Involved in TPM Activity (QM Pillar)
** Handling of manpower (1 Asst Engineer, 6 Final Auditors and 2 stage inspector) & allocate work to them as per their skill & abilities.

The company deals in manufacturing of castings of Auto Parts major contribution in Tractor auto parts. Also manufacture of large size casing by hand molding.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
** Monitoring of Process overall.
** Analysis and Keep record in system for Daily Rejection of Casting.
** Planning & Handling of Third Party Inspection.
** To Prepare and record of all inspection Reports.
** Inspection of molding sand and its all properties.
** Supervision of all tests which are doing in lab.
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION :
Diploma of Mechanical Engineering in the Year 2008 from Govt. Polytechnic, Rajkot, Gujarat.
INDUSTRIAL TRAINING OBTAINED :
SPC, PFD, FMEA, CP, TPM (Running), 5’S (Till 2’S), Time-Management, Leadership.
SKILL SET :
** Require Working experience on SAP (PP & QM Module),QAD
** Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).
** Handling of all measuring instruments and basic operating knowledge of CNC-CMM, Contour graph, Surface roughness machine.
