Responsible to arrange the team for loop checking, pre commissioning & commissioning activities and Trouble Shooting of all field sensors, actuators and final control elements.
Managing and allocating the teams for Field Erection, Cable laying, Instruments Installation, Termination jobs etc.
Operating the field instruments through DCS & correcting the occurred problems.
ite supervision and Inspection of all Instruments & Control equipments installation works.
Coordinated with client for joint site survey and obtained field work clearance for erection activities.
Finalizing the instruments location as per tag num.
& range according to P & I diagram.
Involved in Pre-Commissioning activities in the Control Panels & Field Instruments.
Execute the Instrumentation work involved all Quality and Safety actives.
Erection Planning & secure that the erection work is performed as planned.
To carry out installation of the equipments and the system as per the drawing at the project site.
Maintaining proper documents of the material received and used at site.
Report progress, status, modification, no. of hours used & other expenses per month.
Modification of work as per site conditions.
