Job Roles and Responsibilities :
** Production and testing of various types of Vibration Measuring and Monitoring & Dynamic Balancing Instruments.
** Managing and supervising technicians in component assembly & wave soldering of various PCB’s of instruments such as Power Supply Card , Control card , Microprocessor Card , Computerized Vibration measuring and final assembly of various types of the above instruments .To test above various types of instruments as per testing procedure using simulator, CRO, Multimeter, Testing Zig, Circuit Diagram etc.
** Repairing as well as Calibration of the above instruments at component level in company.
** Production planning as per order and coordination with Purchase Department & Store Department for timely procurement. Also interaction with vendor for technical specifications of various electronics components.
** Involve in various alteration/development of microprocessor based Vibration Measuring & monitoring Instruments.
