PROJECT : BLDC motor used in YO-Bike application
Objective : The main objective of this project is to design low cost BLDC drive & then we will try to utilize the regeneration in YO bike. I have learned team work through this project & have implemented an electrical bike in which regeneration is achieved during its free motion running with improved efficiency.
M.TECH Major Project at ERDA (Vadodara) :
PROJECT : Design & Prototype Development of H.T Sandwich Bus duct for 7.2kV System with the help of FEA Analysis from Electrical Research & Development Association, Vadodara
Objective : The main objective of this project is to Design and Prototype Development of H.T Sandwich bus duct for 7.2kV system.
For 7.2kV rated voltage system, the sandwich bus duct has to pass power frequency at 20kV and impulse test at 60kV. The dielectric material plays an important role in sandwich bus duct system because two phases are separated by insulation only of 1mm to 2mm thickness. Sandwich bus duct have lower loss and voltage drop compared to conventional Air insulated bus duct.
