Preparing DMR
Managing of all stores operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, Bin card, Item Tag.
Monitoring the stock levels of maximum, Minimum, Re-order levels and maintaining the specified levels of materials
Creating indent, PR & purchase order and maintaining its records.
Preparing and analyzing periodical reports of stock and material movement periodical stock talking/ store audit.
Coordinating with procurement Dept., clearance dep’t, suppliers, and main stores.
Taking the responsibility of entire material and issue it to Sub-contractors.
Maintaining monthly stock records.
Maintain, stock, supplies and inventories & Check received stock against invoices.
Responsible for the material coming to the site in totality.
Responsible for handing and maintain Diesel and Lubricant, Tyre, Battery GSB, WMM, Cement, Steel etc. Daily Reporting Transaction of material stock passion of the Mechanical Reconciliation for all Kind of materials.
