** Initially traders mail us the deal sheets from Singapore , Dubai and London , trade been booked manually in Jsoham system on T+1 bases ,but 1st Jan18 Mifid II implementation came into force and all the trades been booked in Bloomberg –Toms.
** Trades been extracted from BBG-Toms and been uploaded into Jsoham System.
** Monitor the trades booked in BBG-Toms is correct by QTY, price as per the formula and as per instruction placed in Euroclear or from the confirmation received from the counterparties.
** If the trader miss to book buy leg/ sell leg inform them and get it booked.
** Checking the ARM and APA reporting done properly or not, if not chat with Bloomberg customer service and get it solved save the chat for audit purpose.
** Report the compliance officer if there is breach in ARM or APA
** Setting up new ISIN and Client/Counterparties account in Jsoham system.
** Uploading the Exchange Rates and Pricing of holding securities on daily basis.
** Preparing Risk File on daily basis.
** Sending Bank Balances ( showing loan if taken ,details of FD and there maturity dates)
** Mailing the Confirmation note and statement to the client/counterparties.
** Sending the Trade Register and Income on daily basis.
** Reconciling External Client Asset (R30T pulled from Euroclear site )
** Reconciling Internal Client Asset and Internal Money

** Packing List, Bill of Exchange, Inspection Certificate, etc.
** Setting the documents as per Bank and Consignee’s requirement and submitting the same to Finance Department.
