Calculation of preliminary thickness & height of Vessel shell & Septum plate.
Identification of PWHT & Radiography as per Datasheet & Code requirement.

Understanding Client specifications, Datasheets
Make MDS & Detail Drawings of static equipment (Pressure vessels,Heat exchanger,Columns,Storage tanks, etc) & Generate Isometric as per P&ID.
Also visit a site & make a detail & fabrication drawing as per requirement.
Design of static equipment like Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Towers, Tanks etc., in compliance with international codes and standards, project specifications, & general specifications prevalent in Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Chemicals & other associated industries.
