** Solve Site co-ordination issues with other services. Complete the given task in committed duration.
** Arrange the consultant inspection for the installed air conditioning equipment’s, accessories and getting approval.
** Attending Co-ordination Meeting.
** Arrange the required material to complete the work.
** Making as built drawing after the consultant approval.
** Create the awareness about safety by conducting safety tool box talk.
** Conducting duct air leakage test.
** Conducting Chilled Water Pipe Leakage test.
** Co-ordinate with commissioning team.
** Check the sub-contractor measurement Sheets in as per site condition.
** Check the Sub contractor billing for as Purchase order (PO) &Work order (WO).
** Preparing DBR (Design basis report), Datasheet (DS), Technical Specification (TS), BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and MTO (Material Take off) according to design.
** Prepare Operation & Maintenance Manuals and all the required closing out document for project handingover.
TECHNICAL SKILLS :
** Heat load Calculation using by HAP 4.31& Excel Software’s.
** Ducting and pipe design using Mc Quay Software.
** Air component size calculation.
** Ability to design and drafting using Auto CAD.
** MS OFFICE (Word, Excel,).
** Ventilation system design using ACH Method (Toilet, kitchen, Transformer Room ,DG Room ,HT< Panel Room ,Pump Room, Boiler Room Air Supply & Car parking Ventilation System etc.,)
** Head Calculation for pump by using Darcy-Weisbach Equation.
** Coordination of drawing with other services and prepares a working drawing as per site condition.
