PROJECTS :
1. Project “SPUR GEAR WITH ASYMMETRIC TOOTH PROFILE”
Details : Design of gears with Asymmetric teeth that enables to increase load capacity reduce weight, size and vibration level.
2. Project Name :-HYDRAULIC CYLINDER ASSEMBLY
Details : 2D and 3D meshing is carried out with accurate quality parameters. Different components like FLANGE, FRONT FLANGE, PISTON, PISTON ROD-1, PISTON ROD-2 and REAR FLANGE; are meshed using desired quality criteria. The geometry is given in IGES format which is then imported to Hypermesh. Then used Geometry cleanup command and washer is compulsory at the holes.
Meshing is carried out from the inner component to outer component and checked for connectivity and then quality parameters.
All the components has to do shell mesh and then make it into 3D by using
Tetramesh command.
