TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :
Molecular biology : qRT-PCR, conventional PCR, restriction digestion, macromolecules isolation, gel electrophoresis and DNA analysis, chemical transformation, plasmid extraction, nucleic acid quantification via spectrophotometry.
Cell Biology : Flow cytome
