I have approximately 19 years of working in INTEGRATED STEEL PLANT, PRODUCTION&QUALITY DEPARTMENTS.14 YEARS WORKING IN FERRO-ALLOYS PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT IN SUBMERGED ARC FURNACE ,For last 5 years working in Heavy structural Steel Fabrication of Structural Steel Division .
At present I am working in Quality Control department ,inspection of various Projects materials, raw material inspection , dimensional inspection ,finish product weld visual inspection of various structural components as per QAP, welding inspection as perthe standards , Mechanical Testing , NDT ( Dye penetration Testing , Ultrasonic Testing ) and Painting inspection.

I am working with M/s. JINDAL STEEL & POWER LIMITED, Raigarh an O.P.Jindal Group from July 10 th 1995 to till date.
Jindal Steel & Power Limited (JSPL) Raigarh (Chhattisgarh) is an integrated steel & power plant, it is a big plant of Jindal Organization, is operating 3 MTPA integrated steel plant ,315 MW captive power plant , Ferro-alloys plant ,sponge iron plants, sinter plant,coke oven ,rolling mill,plate mill,oxygen plant, etc at Raigarh and 1000 MW captive power plant at Tamnar, Raigarh in the state of Chhattisgarh. We also have captive iron ore mines at Tensa (Orissa) and Coal Mines at Raigarh. The company The company is implementing expansion projects in Power and Steel including large green field projects like 6 MTPA integrated steel plant at Angul in Orissa and 5 MTPA integrated steel plant in Jharkhand. The Company is implementing 1000 MW STPP at Raigarh and at Orissa through its subsidiary Jindal Power Limited.
The company is also in process of investing USD 2.1 billion in Bolivia in development of Iron Ore Mines and integrated Steel plant

Carry out Inspection of raw materials and welding consumables & Mechanical properties testing.
Dimensional Inspection of various Structural componentsas per the drawings and specifications and QAP
Carry out the stage wise inspection of the job as per QAP and specifications.
Carry out the welding Inspection checking the welding consumables backing and weldvisualas per specification.
Checking and coordinating for the NDT in jobs as per QAP and specifications.
Dimensional Inspection of all detailed components.
Guide the team of fabricatorsandwelders.
Carry out the Surface preparation and Painting Inspection.
