WORK EXPERIENCE :
Project1 : Static Structural Analysis
Organization : Tata consultancy services Limited, Bangalore, India
Client : Rolls- Royce, Derby UK.
Environment : Ansys , Hypermesh, Teamcentre
** Performed finite dement meshing and applied boundary, loading conditions using pre-processor Hyper mesh for aero engine components.
** Analyzed the results involving von-mises stress, forces and displacement using hyper view post processor.
** Worked closely with the product development teams and provide CAE support to validate the designs Recommend design improvements based on CAE results.
** Work in a very dynamic integrated product development team (IPDT) involving all technical and production functions.
** Continuously improve product and processes via designs, work instructions, statistical process control and other relevant methods and concepts.
** Generate formal weight estimates/reports, vibration analysis, stress reports, test plans, and finite element models.
Project 2 : Optimization of engine mounting support brackets
** Structural design changes are applied for the EMSB which was falling in strength and fatigue analysis earlier.
** EMSB is optimized without increasing in its original mass & structural analysis is conducted on it.
** New Design of EMSB is passing the required criteria of safety factor greater than 1 in strength and fatigue analysis.
Project 3 : Field Event Management Analysis

Client : Rolls- Royce ,Derby, UK.
Environment : Maximo and cognos tool.
** Field service event management and field event root cause analysis.
Proactively solving significant engineering issues, identifying and delivering improvements in technology.
** Leading or supporting event investigations activity to identify root cause.
** RFA (Request For action) creation on engine parts and components, tracking the progress till the investigation completed.
** Reliability monitoring of engine systems and take necessary corrective actions in consultation with RR Service engineering team.
** COPQ (Cost of poor quality) analysis on RR engine parts and accessories and take corrective actions to increase the cost savings.
** Reliability services include the Field Events Management, Warranty Claim process, engine summary & condition reports, Teardown reports, creating a record for a newly purchased part & removed parts, updating the engines shop visit data.
** Data management and Maintainability analysis for Aero Engine.
