Description:
The scope of the project is to analyze the components of Inner Fixed Shroud assembly and Outer False Work assembly at all the interfaces for MSN06 - Checkstress loads. My Work involved in analyzing the Flexible shroud trailing edge assembly which is a honeycomb structure attached with a C-spar at the Aft side of the IFS assembly.  This assembly provides only the aerodynamic surface on the rear side of inner rear spar. I carried out calculations of bearing bypass, Shear-tension interaction analysis at the joint locations, Buckling of the skins and Inter rivet buckling at all joint locations base on the Airbus composite stress methodologies.  GAWK programming is used for automating the results for all kinds of analysis.  Results output is taken into csv files using GAWK programming.  Work also involves resolving of low RFs, validation of calculation files and preparation of stress dossier.
Worked on the open hole and bearing bypass analysis of Shear Panel, Panel 1 Top and FSTE in Inner Fixed Shroud assembly (IFS).
