OBJECTIVE :
Seeking a challenging and growth-oriented profession in Piping, where I can utilizes my Mechanical & Piping background for the benefit of the Organization.
WORK EXPERIENCE :
1. July 2011-May 2012 - Worked in SYSCON ENGINEERS, Thane, Mumbai as Design & Production Engineer.
Syscon Engineers ISO 9001-2000 certified company is one of the leading manufacturers of equipments required for oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, bio-chemical, & Pharmaceuticals Industries.
The products are Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Distillation Column, Reactors. They are manufactured under the Indian & International codes & standards.
1. Responsibilities were end to end manufacturing as per the design requirements from the customers. The responsibilities included
a) Receiving of Mechanical Data sheet(MDS) & Fabrication Drawing(FD).
b) Preparing the material requisition from FD.
c) Supervision of Production activities :
1. Preparing the layout of dish to make the template.
2. Plate rolling.
3. Plate to plate welding according to standard rules.
4. Making the design such that long seam of two plates doesn’t coincide each other.
5. Making the design such that nozzles doesn’t fall on the weld joints.
6. Non destructive testing were done such as : Dye penetrent test, Radiography test Pneumatic test & Hydro test.
d) Handling the third party inspectors.
The projects executed under my supervision were for the following elite : customers.

2. About Chembond Ashland/BHEL Bellary Pipe Line project.
** This project was done for getting more life for the Pipe line & other system in BHEL Water treatment plant.
** The anti corrosive agents were pumped into the existing system.
** Duration of the project was 7 months.
** Cost of project 3 crores.
The Responsibilities were :
a) Receiving the drawings & hook ups from Chembond ashland.
b) Preparing the Drain line pipe routing.
c) Preparing the isometric drawings.
d) Preparing the material requisition from the isometric drawing
e) Supervision for pipe fabrication.
f) Dimensions, according to the design.
g) Welding activity.
h) Water running test.
i) Cost estimation.
Systems handled were :
** Acid dosing system.
** Biodispersant system.
** Scales/Corrosion system.
** Commissioning/Erection at site done by commissioning team of the company.
2. June 2010 – June 2011 - Worked as Production Engineer in UNIVERSALWIRE INDUSTRIES, Rabale , Mumbai.
Products are Marshalling Boxes, LV Bus Ducts, PCC & MCC Enclosure, Distribution Boards.
Cabinets for Instrumentations etc.
Responsibilities Handled were :
a) Material requisition.
b) Supervising the production activities :
