Role & Responsibilities :
A) Development :
** Facilitating new product development initiative with key focus on quality, cost & delivery; developing components in conformance to pre-set technical specifications, and Handling project operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of targets within specified time & cost parameters.
** Working Experience of total 26 nos. of Machining Components developed. Balancer Shaft, K10 parts Axle MTG Bracket LH&RH, Guide starter gear, Kick Lever& Boss, Side stand & Bracket, KTM parts Shock absorber brackets& Assembly Forging LH&RH, Plate Fuel Pump, Gear Primary Driven, Cam brake Lever, Pivot,Member frame LH&RH,Bracket grab handle rear,Bracket footrest,Side stand, and Sleeve motor also Export parts Shaft wheel, Pinion Shaft and gear, Yoke Assembly.
** Interfacing with customers & Vendors for conducting project requirement analysis and clarifying queries regarding Design review & design aspects, project execution, RFQ preparation, Manufacturability study, Preparation of Development plan & records, Co-ordination of CFT team & Arrange CFT meetings.
** Develop PFD of new product and Design & Procurement of gauges & Toolings. Attend Equipment’s, tooling & jigs & fixtures trials & approvals to achieved designed outputs/ Results.
** Responsible for preparing of process Drawings, mechanical drawings, operation sheets, layout drawings. IPO & DR - Documents as per BAJAJ NCDS Standards. Hands-on-experience in Process engineering functions like tool design, Process design, Process improvements, APQP(QA Matrix), PPAP(QM Matrix), DFM, control Plan.
** Hands on work experience on G-star AutoCAD – 2016.
Generate co-ordinates drawings for CNC & VMC Programming on CAD. Knowledge of Programing & tool path in CNC & VMC machining also in Program Parameters like Speed , Feed with Cycle time calculations.
** Calculating & Analysis of process Parameters and cycle times of different Manufacturing processes. Working experience for Monitoring & controlling of Key manufacturing process of shop floor & activities as per control plan, process flow with Production team.
** Active participation & effective communication in customer related activities, customer meetings, lead customer audits, RAR audits, customer interaction during project phase, Team work.
** Active participation & team work in cost saving projects through Negotiation, Engineering study, new Trials of Tooling & fixtures, CFT, kaizen & Pokayoke.
** Working Experience in a TS 16949 Audit & attended Internal Auditor Training for IATF 16949 :2016. Responsible for DWM Audit and Process Audit, RAR for NCD, IPO Audit of Bajaj. Attended Bajaj IPO (Input Process Output) training Course.
** Knowledge of root cause analysis (WHY WHY). Awareness in OEE, 1S/2S, Documentation such as SOP, QC tools, SPC & MSA with production & Quality team.
