OBJECTIVE :
A young and dynamic engineer with in depth experience in erection & commissioning of Instrumentation equipments in captive power plants willing to join an organization where growth is a way of life and seeks a position which will offer me all kind of challenges to exploit my skills fully and improve them.
COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
** Co-ordination between HO & different sites all over India.
** LOI preparations.
** Fabrication & Erection Planning Weekly and Monthly Progress updation.
** Manpower handling at site.
** Overall supervision at the site and maintain the good affiliation with the client.
** Submission of Invoices and clearing the payments from the Client.
** Dealing with vendors regarding purchase & supply of materials.
** Contractor fixing.
** Bills verification and clearing of bills for the contractor at site end.
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
** Preparation of Fabrication,Erection schedule to meet the target with in planned time frame.
** Manpower handling and stage inspection of structures at site.
** Certifying the sub-contractors bills and coordinating for preparing the client bill.
** Responsible for the implementation of safety standards at the project site by ensuring that all relevant norms are employed effective
** Co-ordination with contractors & clients during executing the job as per Drawing.
** Preparation of quality documents, WPS, PQR and WPQ.
** Welder qualification and record.
** Structural parts Welding using different welding process.
** Familiar with welding documents like WPS, PQR.
** Distribution of work among workmen according their skill.
** Maintain Safety activities at site.
** Dimensional Inspection of various Structural components as per the given drawing and IS Standards.
** Pre-assembly and Erection of pressure parts systems like Water Wall Panels, Economizer system, Super heater system, De-super heater system.
** Erection of Power cycle piping like Main steam, Boiler feed water discharge piping with Supports are maintained with respect
** Erection of Boiler accessories like to Visual, Dimensional compliance with approved drawing & Specifications,Safety valves, Soot blower, silencer and Boiler Drains, Vents, SB piping, etc Insulations etc.
** Erection of Ducts like Cold Air ducts, Hot Air ducts, Flue gas ducts, ESP to Chimney ducts, Expansion pieces Dampers, gates with supports and Air Pre-Heater, Coal Piping & Fans Like FD, ID, PA, Seal air etc.
** Fitment inspection of pressure parts like Water Wall Panels, Headers, Superheater coils, Storage tanks (Deaerator)with respect to Visual, Dimensional and Orientation compliance with approved drawings and specifications
** Inspection of Fabrication components Boiler Non-Pressure Parts Like heavy Boiler Columns, Ceiling Girders, Ducting, Casing for Economizer, ESP, APH, Bunker, Hopper etc with respect to Visual, Dimensional and Orientation compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
** Hydraulic test of pressure parts, SB piping, Gasleakage test in Ducting,Air Pre-Heater etc.
** Measurement certifications of sub-agencies monthly Running Bills.
** Maintaining all Erection and Alignment protocols of Boiler systems, Radiographic test reports (RT), Stress Relieving (SR) records,IBR Related Documents, Welder Qualification test records etc.
** Day to day Co-Ordination and regular inspection activities with third party and client.
** NDT Inspection& clearance, preparation and review of test packages.Witnessing Hydro, piping & Equipment.
** Assistance during Pre- Planning & Execution in Fabrication & Erection of Boilers.
** Preparation, Review & approval of WPS, PQR and other welding procedures.
** Assistance during Pre-commissioning and commissioning.
** Planning Manpower resources with required tools, consumables to carry out the erection and commissioning activities.
** Customer co-ordination, Manpower management, Project schedule implementation
** Inspection of Boiler as per P&I Drawing
** Conducting periodical training for the welders, to improve the performance
** Preparation of weekly welder’s performance status.
** Responsible for the implementation of safety standards at the project site by ensuring that all relevant norms employed effectively.
** Preparation of schedule for achieving targets on time.
** Co-ordination with client & consultant amd prepare protocols for fabrication,Erection & commissioning.
** Preparing material requirements as per fabrication plan.
** Hand over the project with protocol.
** Pre commissioning of ESP, Internal alignment and Load transfer.
