Job Responsibilities :
** Shift handling.
** Prepare and maintain QC records such as on job training documents.
** Ensure the execution of daily QC working plan.
** Online verification and monitoring process.
** All check sheets of equipments and instruments and update on daily basis.
** Batch formulation.
** Online verification and chemical testing of Intermediate for Protein Based product,Protinex
** Original, Intermediate for soyabean Based Beverages, Malt extract Powder & Liquid chicory extract as well as sensory attributes.
** Quality routine analysis of FG Loss of drying, Total nitrogen & Protein, colour verification, Ash, Acidity, Solid, Free Amino Nitrogen (FAN), Reducing Sugar etc.
** OPRP & CCP Monitoring verification as per Food Safety.
Implementation of GMP.
** Pre Dispatch Quality check of finish product , prepare COA.
** Verification of CIP on daily basis of all processing instruments.
** Instruments handle & calibration of ( pH Meter, Refractometer ) Water bath, Muffle Furnace, Centrifuge, Protein Distillation Unit.
** Responsible for training to operators on quality and food safety, GMP, HACCP.
** Maintain FIFO all incoming process material & maintain all quality documents.
