This firm is related to the entrainment industry were we get all kinds of location for the film industry. Ramoji Film City has dream that people in India in should visualize they in Hollywood. The project cost is around 50 Crores with reputed art directors from the USA. Project is related to the Film industry. Concept behind this project is to bring Hollywood in the India; people can visualize the Hollywood film industry. This project shows the how the Film is made from the scratch to the completion of the film. Art directors are from USA and are highly talented will give the conceptual hand sketchs.
My Role:
** Includes Preparation of complete Architectural drawings, façade designs, making cross section plans, elevations, and area development and setting in architectural format with plot styles.
** Coordination on site with architectural drawings with supervisors to ensure that construction is going according to the drawings.
** Art directors will give the conceptual hand sketch and team will convert that hand sketch into vector data.
** Project schedule is done in the MS Project software.
** Construction document is printed in the A0 size with package.
** Software’s used for 2D works is Autocad with X-Refs, Attributes, Text heights according to the scales, Architectural layers as per NCS 3.1 & Layouts in Paper Space, Photoshop for the presentation purpose, 3D Max for the visualization purpose.

This gave me in depth understanding on business areas on all these areas. I am a good team player and thereby could work well with the team of builders, contractors and management and could implement the development as per design standards with quality and efficiency in stipulated time. For Residential projects I worked on townships houses which in large area consist of more than 70 townhouses and apartments with more than 4 floors and high rise buildings with 20 floors. These Buildings are made up of sloped roof and also with flat roof. I used to develop the architectural plans, building sections, building elevations, enlarged plans, cover sheet, small scale details and stair case sections.
For Commercial Projects worked on the Hyatt hotels with 24 floors, retail shops, hospital from design development to the construction set which consist of architectural plans, building sections, building elevations , enlarged plans, cover sheet, small scale details and stair case sections.
My Role as Cad engineer:

My Role:
** I took the whole project management as Senior Engineering Consultant and was
responsible for bringing the project from design stage to final implementation
stage.
** I monitored and ensured that the development is done as per the specification
without violating government standards.
** I coordinated and supervised engineers, contractors, staffs under me and made the
process clear that I get the report of daily activity of each staff by end of day.
** I used cost evaluation techniques and calculations and ensured that the project cost is kept the minimum without losing quality and efficiency.
** For quality check we take prints on A0 size paper.
** For quality control we use checklist to ensure everything is ok as per the standards before dispatch.
** I used to have meeting with all departments at frequent intervals to ensure everything is going fine.
** I used to enter all the records regarding the materials, labour and work progress on daily basis.

** “HYATT HOTEL” consists of 24 floors converted from raster image to the vector data as per client standards.
** “COLVERDALE” Residential Apartment with 5 floors with basement for the parking of total 120 units developed over site area 42058 Sq.Ft. (3909 Sq.m). It consist of single, two and three bedrooms. Project is developed from design development to the construction set.
** “KELLY AVENVE” Residential Apartment with 4 floors with basement for the parking of total 80 units developed over site area 35614 Sq.Ft. (3308 Sq.M). It consist of two and three bedrooms units. Project is developed from design development to the construction set.
** “GREENWOOD” independent residential building with 3 floors consist of 5 bed rooms developed over an area 19893 Sq.Ft. Project is developed from design development to the construction set.
** “GRIMMER STREET” Commercial and Residential Apartment Senior Housing building with 4 floors with basement for the parking of total 70units developed over site area 28610 Sq.Ft. (2658 Sq.M). Main floor consists of sports bar area, large dining area, pool area, amenity area, commercial shops, lounge area and library area. Project is developed from design development to the construction set.
** “EARL HAIG” Residential Apartment Senior Housing building with 3 floors with basement for the parking of total 50 units developed over site area of 36241 Sq.Ft. (3366 Sq.m). It consists of all one bedroom units. Project is developed from design development to the construction set.
Onsite project in Kuwait
** Worked in GCC Kuwait on the university building “college of science” two separate buildings for boys and girls of approx floor area 30000 Sq. Mt each building for 10 months consist of four floors from the design development to the construction documents team size for this project was 20 members. We have worked according to GCC standards. We have co-ordinate with all discipline to resolve major issues and provide the complete working drawings.
