Receiving of Bhel & BOP Spares in Stores .
Issue of materials from Stores along with proper formalities of documentation and SAP entry
Preparation of Coal GRN & Oil (LDO ,HFO ) GRN in SAP
Doing verification on the materials as per SAP defined system
Ensure no stock out of consumables and follow-up with Purchase section for necessary order
Arrange for delivery of materials through correspondence with transporters
Issue of road Permits for materials delivery
Arrange for Creation of SAP Codification of spares as given by the departments
