JOB PROFILE:
Well experienced with preparation and implementation of Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection and test plan (ITP), Project specific QC Procedures like method statement for fabrication/welding/NDT procedures/painting
Coordinate with preparing WPS, Conducting procedure qualification (PQR), conducting welder performance qualification tests and maintaining qualification list of welders
Manage QA/QC issues in all projects.
Plan, organize & co-ordinate the team of QC Inspectors, Welding foreman, NDT inspectors, PWHT technicians and other Subcontractor
Familiar with welding technology like SMAW, GTAW as per ASME, ASTM & AWS Standard.
Familiar with quality related instrument for measuring like weld gauge, UTG, Elko meter, surface profile gauge, etc
Conduct Joint Area Release Inspection (Walk Through) with Client in preparation for final hand over.
Material Inspection & Control comprehensive traceability.
Inspection of alignment of boiler stricter & preparation of protocols .

Inspection and verification of Lines and Equipments as per Tag numbers.
Perform NDT Inspection (RT, MT, PT, UT & VT) according to the client specifications.
To perform Hardness Testing.
Witnessing/Performing of Hydrostatic testing of piping works.
Witnessing of Heat treatments of Welds pre and post welding.
Insulation & painting work according to client specification
