Job Responsibilities during tenure :
** Execution of export order from raw material to end product in a production feasible way.
** Work on costing with the right sourcing in order to get the best price in the market and price negotiation with buyers about price controlling within the budget and send to customer on time.
** Communicating with buyers & buying office for the Price confirmation/Delivery closure/Tech Pack/Design/Fabrics & Trims and clearing all the pre-production activities including risk analysis.
Job Responsibilities during tenure :
** Product development on the basis of new trends, techniques as per buyer requirement.
** Preparing TNA and closely monitoring the same in order to meet the committed delivery date.
** Ordering bulk fabric & trims (domestic & import) and follow up the same to hit on time shipment.
** Samples monitoring includes proto sample, Fit sample, Wash approval sample, AD sample, PP sample, TOP sample & GPT sample.
** Coordinate with production team to have a review meeting for better production planning, line planning & delivery execution from factory towards target date.
** Following with 3rd party testing on FPT & GPT as per buyer norms before & after production.
** Coordinating with logistics for schedule of booking shipments to ensure timely cargo delivery.
