Reviewed technical requirements of client’s specifications with the accountability of carrying out design work based on standard company procedure / other procedures, methods outlined.
Key Highlights :
** Worked on Cooktop Design for 2018/19-GCU program which includes UG-NX component design, multiple design reviews with the program design manager, rev-0 drawings release, Tolerance loop calculations, GD&T and solving P&A issues.
** Worked for NPI 2019-21 wall oven program which aided in component design, preparing drawing release, bill of material for all new /re-designed parts, Quality check, Change Notices, TDP creations, Windchill BOM release and complete ownership on subsystem level design assemblies.
** Developed and worked on new GE leadership wall oven door assembly by changing the existing handle location and shape of handle for 30-inch and 27-inch models resulting minimal design changes and cost effectiveness.
Also designed a new support trim for the door assembles and worked on all graphics which are used for oven Door Assemblies.
** Complete ownership on Top-Down Assemblies for the GE leadership wall oven program which includes TDD check, sub system level check, Design assemblies update on daily basis and identifying the design gaps in the top-down level.
** Proactively worked on 2019/2020 Compliance program for the Free-Standing Ranges which includes all the new VW-1 3D wire harness routing for the complete back oven, maintop, and controls
