Job Responsibility :
** Looking all store function like issue, receipt, bins arrangement, inventory accuracy as well as system vs physical
** Overseeing stores management including day-to-day activities like receipts, storage, issues and disposition as well as
** Controlling of man material movement for production enhancement.
** Housekeeping management and ensure 5S methodology in housekeeping operations, like Sort, Systematise, Sanitise, Standardies, Self-Discipline.
** Ensure safety of Man, Material & Material Handling Equipment.
** Timely procurement and zero loss with the help by the purchasing.
** Monthly GRN report send to all suppliers & if any issues clear within two days.
** Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system (SAP).
** Short & Excess Reports.
** Import / Domestic GRN preparation & Responsible to disposition GRN to finance for payment purpose.
** Job work challan 57f preparation & documentation.
** Keeping stock control systems up-to-date and planning future capacity requirements.
** Kept proper records of material i.e.
Daily Material Receipt, Stock & Issue Record; and List of minimum stock levels.
** Co-ordination with production department for timely execution orders.
