** To order, Supervise or perform activity on highway work.
** To order the uncovering of completed work and/ or the removal & substitution of proper materials and/or work.
** To check/monitor the progress of the work and suggest corrective measures.
** To examine any work, which is about to be correct
** To examine and the attend the measurement of the complete works.
** To maintain day-to-day project dairy this shall record all events pertaining to work.
** To carry out periodical review of the contractor’s resources vis-à-vis work Programmers.
** To assist the R.E. for approve the crushers and bitumen mixing plant to be set up by the contractor with respect to specifications
