** Dec’ 14 to Present with Douglas OHI LLC, Oman as Quality Engineer (Civil):
** Preparing the Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection Test Procedure (ITP) and it submitted to client for approval.
** Preparing Method of Statement (MS) and Inspection Test Reports (ITR) to submitted to client for approval.
** Review and verifying the test report (soil sample, concrete, etc.) and to check its meet with project specification.
** Prepare, Review and submitting the material approval sheet for in client/owner.
** Issuing non-conformance report regarding any substandard works done that does not meet quality requirements and deviating from the client’s standards.
** Review and verifying Road work related reports and its suitability of Specifications (Sub grade, Sub base, Basecourse and Asphalt etc...,)
** Raising Request for Inspection after verifying works and materials received as per relevant standards & specifications.
** Initiating internal logbook entries regarding daily site visits & inspection status and liaising with Construction Team to rectify comments & observation.
** Implementing approved project quality plan and ensuring that all field installation complies with client’s standards and other applicable industry codes & standards.
** Conduct Material receiving Inspection at site and ensure Comply with approved MAS, drawing and specification.
** Issue NCRs & CAR on work while deviate as per Specification.
** Evaluating project drawings to ensure that site activities are in compliance with issued construction design.
** Looking after proper execution of work as per approved drawings & specifications.
** Preparing weekly and bi-weekly inspection look ahead schedules and Inspection reports.
** Coordinating with the construction engineers and client inspectors for clearing designated inspections (Hold and Witness Points).
** Closeout the Punch list and maintain the updated log.
** Submit final Construction Quality dossiers book as per project Requirements.
