Test the ultra sound scanning machine using Power high tester, leakage current tester, Ultra sound Power meter, Capacitance meter, Sensitivity tester
Machine models are Alpha6-PN, Alpha6-N, Alpha6-LT, PS2 and F31 for export and domestic Ultrasound systems
Probes models are UST-9123, UST-5413, UST-5299 and UST-9124 for export and domestic Ultrasound probes
Managing DAD-3230 Dicing Machines Operation ; examining the non-conformance product in dicing Cutting machine; conducting 4M analysis To Reduce Defects And over time
In Ultrasound Transducer Assmebly Production Particularly Carryout The Soldering And Adhesive Process And Also Known About Dicing Machine Operations And Maintanance
Strong Knowledge About Using Of Indusrial Microscope Handling And Operations
Check the incoming material and give the IQI report to the Quality head
Identifying any defects / deviations from achievement of departmental objectives using QC story methodology and taking corrective actions
Providing guidance & recommending improvements on production methods to reduce production cost
