 GRN (Goods Received Note) prepare.
 Invoice booking in APMS software. After booking invoice hand over SSC department.
 Materials offered Quality department. After “QC” design materials sent on main
storage location. And rejected materials sent back to supplier.
 Materials shift receiving section to main storage location. Shifting materials related
all problems solving.
 Shift materials transfer by SAP system.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
 Main storage location update on monthly bases.
 Main warehouse storage visuals and part identification label maintain properly.
 Location implementation new development and sample parts.
 All required materials for production is available on production line in advance as per
received annexure.
 BOM correction regarding follow up with engineering team.
 Ensure that all slow / non-moving inventory and obsolete parts is right off
from the system and physically removed.
 SIS posting and stock transfer in plant to plant.
 Prepare RGP and NRGP.
 Inventory control.
 Maintain 5s properly warehouse allotted area.
 Proper follow First in First out (FIFO) methods of issuing in case of material that have
self- life constraints to avoid expires and changes of properties.
 Wall to wall inventory counting.
 Monthly perpetual inventory count
 Chemicals area proper handling.
 Spill management.
 M.S.D.S displayed proper location.
 Proper PPE training all temps.
