Working with Godavari Polymers Pvt Ltd(Telangana).as Sr. Executive Stores(from May-2015 to continue…..),Godavari Polymers Pvt Ltd.Shadnagar plant manufacture of HDPE pipes, irrigation equipment and fittings. It also has few Branches & Redistribution stockiest all over India. They mainly undertakes Pipeline Projects (supply & service to Government & Private sector) and Micro Irrigation Projects (Sprinkler, Drip & PVC).

** Capacity analysis as per order in hand and highlighted the short fall to management in advance.
** Utilize SAP daily for goods receipt, goods movement, inventory, orders, analysis of material etc.
** Maintain required documents & different type report in MS-Excel, MS-Word & Power Point as required
** Looking all store function like issue, receipt, bins arrangement, inventory accuracy as well as system vs physical
** Controlling of man material movement for production enhancement.
** Housekeeping management and ensure 5S methodology in housekeeping operations, like Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain.
** Ensure safety of Man, Material & Material Handling Equipment.
** Timely procurement and zero loss with the help by the purchasing.
** MASOP reconciliation monthly.
** Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system (SAP).
** BOM Correction status report, Short/Excess & Arrival Reports.
** Production planning as per customer requirement.
** Familiar with modern concept of FIFO, ABC, ITR analysis etc.
** Co-ordination with production department for timely execution orders.
** Handling 35Cr inventory & up to 15K no of parts (mechanical & electrical)
** Handling 1200 nos of Parts of BOP Materials for frame assembly
** Managing 23 manpower (06-supervisors,07-workers,10-casuals)
** Raw Material Inventory Analysis & Review weekly.
** Import / Domestic GRN preparation & Responsible to disposition GRN to finance for payment purpose.
** Job work challan 57f preparation& documentation.
** Regular PIV (perpetual inventory verification) activity done for material accuracy level.
** Monthly review meeting attend and present to all stores data in front of management.
