Store :
Receipt of Raw and packing material as per SOP.
Dispensing of Raw material in safe and proper manner as per Production requirement
Training to shop floor employee for MSDS.
Physical Stock Verification.
Maintaining the inventory of key items.
Data entry in SAP
Coordinate with Purchase for ROL and Material procurement .
Regular check on the site stores for idle materials, quantities & quality of materials.
Maintaining of records for the use of Head-office & providing MIS on monthly basis.
Implementation of ISO 9001 & 14001.
System :
MR for the QMS and EMS
ISO 9001 / 14001 Document Preparation & Audit Preparation
Inventory Management System in ERP.
Material Stock Analysis.
Material Dispensing.
BOM Transactions.
Stores transactions such as Goods Receipt, Outbound Dispatches, Transfer Posting, Rejection to Suppliers, Moving & Non Moving etc.
