My Key Responsibilities Were :
** Ensuring proper operation of 4 Nos.
of ESR and 2 GSR from feeder mains in Close cooperation and co-ordination with production department.
** Monitoring Customer Complaint Management System, monthly review of complaints, analysis and sustenance to Customer Complaint Management compliances.
** Identifying possible scope of improvement of water supply in Network areas having fewer water supplies, planning and execution with management’s approval.
** Reducing water supply by tankers into Network areas by reducing the challenges in water distribution system.
** Control and monitoring of all zone activities and achieving the desired level of quality work with monthly reporting to management.
