** Responsible for all project documents, transmittals, submittals and correspondences and ensures proper distribution.
** Prepare Project Status Update and Summary reports.
** Supports audits for quality assurance, internal technical reviews, client reviews and ISO Standard audit.
** Monitor proper classification & sorting of documents, archiving and retrieval in accordance with project documentprocedure.
** Performs other similar or related duties assigned such as preparing self – correspondences, progress reports, and status sheets.
** Liaise with QA/QC Manager in formulating procedures and work flows in line with the Project requirement.
** Assists with the development, implementation and interpretation of project document control procedures.
** Scheduling of materials to the site as per the program fixed by Site / Project in charge.
** Continuously being aware of and pro-actively addressing, any potential or actual shortage of materials with follow up
** Developing standard, cost effective storage specification to prevent deterioration, damage of item like electronic items, hardware, etc.
** Report shortage or excess material received at site immediately HO/ site in charge.
** Prepare delivery challans for inter – site transfer & returnable pass for material send on repair.
** Safe unloading of the material and transferring it to the pre-designated area in the yard. The requisite resources for the unloading team & tools will be provided by the site in charge.
** Recording all the receipts in S.A.P. System by preparing the GRN, completing the documentation process including receipt confirmation and sending the acknowledged copy to the concerned.
** The issue of materials at the site will be only to the authorized persons from the installation team. While the issues recorded will be made in the register of the security and subsequently recorded in the S.A.P. as issued.
** Monthly Reconciliation of physical stock versus system stock recording the differences, if any, with the reasons thereof and explanations.

** Major role in installation related development activities at site like new Erection techniques, new fixtures, new methodology
