** Review of the final issue of PID’s from point of view of commissioning and start-up, issuing of PID’s modification according with project standards and regulations.
** Preparation of scope and the responsibilities for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, precommissioning & commissioning plan
** FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), CAT (Customer Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test)
** Loop Checks for the DCS, Package PLC, Cold Commissioning and assistance during Hot Commissioning at client sites

** During construction stage of instrument and control oversee number of supervisors in subcontractor, before commissioning conduct walk through inspection in every instruments installation and make punch list as per hook-up standard prior to commissioning activities.
** Responsible of technical accuracy of the wiring connections, diagrams and io points in every systems, schematic design and hook-up drawing as per standard of design.
** Follow up and track I&C per-commissioning and coordinate it with I&C construction department.
** Markup all I&C drawings in case of changes and submit the as-built to engineering/design company for approval and revisions.
** Assisted in implementing operations philosophy / control logic / interlocks in PLC / DCS.
** Well versed with the Allen Bradly PLC, RSLogix5000.
** Attended and followed safety training and procedures required for the project site such as Confined space entry, working at height, Hot and Cold work Permit Receiving and issuing, Electrical and mechanical isolation methods
