Mechanical Maintance Sr. Manager
** Experienced on maintenance of Rotary and static equipments (pumps,compressor,blower,column and heat exchanger) related to petrochemical industry.
** Responsible for Rotary equipments (Pumps, Compressors ) inspection of Foundation, chock block erection, skid alignment, master level checking etc
** Commissioning as well as related maintenance of all types of Pumps (Centrifugal, Rotary, Reciprocating, API, Non API pumps).
** Verticality & alignment inspection of erected static equipment (Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Reactors etc.)
** Incoming Material inspection of Vessel, Pumps, Heat exchangers, Column as per GA and equipment detail drawing and finally clearance of GRN.
** Responsible for Mechanical Maintenance of Lube Oil system, dry gas seal system for Steam Turbine and Compressor.

** Responsible for maintaining an inventory for the requirement of the supplies and spare parts.
** Mechanical clearance of Piping as per P&ID and isometric drawing & record keeping in SPMS till box up activities.
** Experienced on erection and commissioning cooling tower with flow capacity of 18900 m3/hr.
** Experienced on SAP PM & MM module for spare planning for (capital, commissioning and 2 years) new SAP code generation.
** Implementing KAIZEN’S 5S and using 8D methodology for problem solving.
** Follow up /safety/man/machine/material management during the project Construction phase by review meetings, Tool Box Talks and planning & controlling of resources deployed
