** MINERALOGY OF MIGMATITES AND GNEISSIC ROCK OF TIRUCHIRAPPALLI, PUDUKKOTTAI AND KARUR DISTRICT OF CENTRAL TAMILNADU, INDIA. Under the guidance of Dr. Babu N, Assistant Professor, Central University of Karnataka.Samples were collected, processed and studied under microscope for the identification of rock type.
** POTENTIAL ECOLOGICAL RISK ASSESSMENT STUDIES USING MULTI ELEMENTAL PROXY RECORDS FROM REEF ASSOCIATED SEDIMENTS OF AMINIDIVI GROUP OF ISLANDS, LAKSHWADEEP ARCHIPELAGO, INDIA. Under the guidance of Dr. S. Krishnakumar, Assistant Professor, Malankara Catholic College, Kanyakumari.Sediments were collected and processed into Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy(AAS) for identification of trace elements and assesing the ecological risk of study area.

** Field work in and around Hutti Gold Mine under the guidance of Dr. TejaswiLakundi (Assistant professor, Central University of Karnataka).
** Field work in and near regions of Sandur iron & Manganese ore mines and Hampi under the guidance Dr.Mohammed Aleem Pasha (Assistant professor, Central University of Karnataka).
** Field work carried out in three major districts of Tamilnadu(Trichy, Karur and Pudukkottai) for the collection of rock samples under the guidance of Dr. Babu N (Assistant professor, Central University of Karnataka).
** Field work carried out in the two main urban beaches of Chennai( Marina beach and Edward Elliot’s beach) for the collection marine debris to assess the source of the litters.
** Field work done at Kurshed island of Rameswaram for the collection of reef assosciated sediment samples.
PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE :
** Analytical Techniques – study of minerals under microscope, tracing out the streams and identifying the morphometric parameters, Stereonet projections and solving problems related Engineering and Hydrogeology.
** Geochemical laboratory Experience in handling Atomic Absorption Spectrosopy and titration works carried out for differnt analysis.
