** Steam Generator : Sub- Critical, opposite wall firing, Natural circulation, Pulverized Boiler of M/s ISGEC (Foster Wheeler Design), India. Flow- 563 T/H, Pressure-150 bar, Temperature -545°C
** Turbo Generator : Sub-Critical, Single reheat, Tandem Compounded Turbine of M/s Doosan Skoda, Czech Republic. BMCR Flow- 551 TPH, Pressure - 148 bar, Temperature 538°C
Operational activities :
** Operation of Steam Turbine and PF Boiler and it’s auxiliaries. Startup & Shutdown activities of Turbine. Operation of BFP and all HT Motors. Turbine Emergency trip system (ETS) protection and Interlock checking. Handling of Emergencies and Black out during normal operations.
** Operation of LDO & HFO Guns, Operation of Coal Mills, Control loop which are in manual operation, that to be taken care. Date updating KPI.
** Issue equipment clearances and work permits. Develop and implement plant operating procedures. Ensure the maintenance of the plant operating history through timely completion of plant logs and required documentation.
** Responsible for Field observation & monitoring of BOILER & TURBINE and its auxiliary equipment’s. Coal Fired Boiler, Screw compressors.
Maintenance activities :
** Boiler, Turbine, Boiler Feed Pump, Air-cooled condensers, Electrostatic Precipitators and rotating equipment. Planning solve the solution and applying permit in SAP. Monitoring of rotary equipment, Boiler Hydro-test Pressure Parts and valve activity Monitoring.
Sep 2018 – Jan 2020 (1.3 year) :
** Working as Field Engineer in S V Infratech Engineers Private Limited, Boiler & Turbine operation Department in Sembcorp Energy India Limited (2 X 660) MW, Nellore Andhra Pradesh.
** Steam Generator : Sub- Critical, Tangential Firing Pulverized Boiler of M/s Harbin Boiler Group Co Ltd, China.
** BMCR Flow - 2000 T/H, Pressure - 264.1 bar, MS Temperature - 571°C, HRH Temperature - 607°C
Key Responsibilities :
** Line up of BFP, CEP, OCCW and CCCW System, HP & LP Heaters, Drip system, Lube oil and governing oil system and oil centrifugal system.
** Turbine bearing lube oil system, JOP, AOP, EOP and Generator H2 cooling system MOT monitoring. Cold start up, hot start up and warm start.
** Coal mill (Preventive Maintenance) Overhauling and Monitoring, Rotating equipment Feeder alignment & calibration, Soot blower maintenance, Valve Maintenance, Boiler Pressure Parts, PA Fan, FD Fan, ID Fan, Scanner fan and Seal air Fan Maintenance.
** ID, FD, SA, PA, Scanner fan isolation and Normalization.
Boiler expansion, soot deposit, Soot Blowing operation as per Schedule. Safe isolations of equipment are for PTW & their restoration.

Working as Supervisor in M/s.MUTHU ENGINEERING, Turbine and Boiler Maintenance Department in NLC India Limited 50 MW & 100 MW, Neyveli Tamilnadu.
