Responsibilities :
** NDT and Welding Inspection heat exchanger, pressure vessels,gratings,storage tank , steel structures beams , angles, chancels, I beams , plates, HSS.poles.
** Prepare and maintain the updated company pre qualification documents, for submission to clients
** Prepare the project documents like material submittal according to project specification.
** Checking the status of job from planning to dispatch department
** Maintaining the design of fabricated job according to release drawing from design department.
** Performed vendor inspection activities in calibration with independent Testing agencies as and when required.
** Familiar with all quality instruments like Venire, Micrometer, and &Gauges.
** Coordinating with third party for all quality control documents & procedures.
** Conducting NDT & DT Test according to the project specifications.
** Monitoring QC Inspectors at site, allocation of jobs to QC Inspectors, day to day follow up of inspectors regarding work and site problems
** Record and document any and all deviations from the Project Quality Program and the Company Integrated Management System (IMS).
** Monitoring QC inspectors involved in line checking, regarding completion of weld summary sheets, NDT requirement, mark-up drawings, and as-built drawings in order to meet challenging deadlines.
** Co-ordinate with the client for day to day activities and also combined line check with QC inspector.
** Maintain regular correspondence thought the execution of product.
** To ensure that the workers are following safety procedures
