I have been associated with M/s. L & T Infocity Ltd, Delhi since July, ‘2009 as a Facility Engineer for their project Delhi IT Park (Client : Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) at Delhi for Property Management. My core job responsibilities are managing M&E team and managing BMS, focusing on overall direction and guidance to the Facility Management team with a strong emphasis on leadership and development of the current management staff supporting company wide facilities, project management and Building Maintenance transactions.

Software : Enterprise Building Integrator (Honeywell)
Fire Alarm System supplied by M/s Honeywell Automation India Ltd.
Objective : Automation system for fire detection and alarm annunciation in the building.
Software : Enterprise Building Integrator (Honeywell)
Hardware : Analogue addressable main fire alarm panel, Hooters, Manual call points, Smoke detectors, Heat Detectors and Response indicators.
Access Control System by M/s Honeywell Automation India Ltd.
Objective : Automation system for ensuring authorized entry into the Building imparting safety to life and property.
Software : Enterprise Building Integrator (Honeywell)
