Sourcing & Procurement :
** Budgeting and production material requirement planning using forecast based planning for procurement and sourcing of materials ensuring optimum utilization of materials & maximum cost savings.

** Identifying and developing a dedicated and alternate vendor source for achieving cost effective purchases of raw materials and reduction in delivery time.
** Analyzing premature failure items and discussing with suppliers for life enhancement and free replacement.
** Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as percentage of rejections, quality improvement rate, timely delivery, and credit terms.
