** Receipt Activity
** GIR/GRR Making All inward (IMPORT & LOCAL) material activity monitoring. Document verification Physical checking & quantity verification of material like (Bom
** Unloading of Material Recd & after Physical checking it will be inward in online system (Oxaion) Unloading of Material received from Vendor and issue of material to Production Team.
** Material, Steel, Cutting Tools, Utility Material, Stationary, & packaging material, Electrical, electronic material miscellaneous material)
** Document generation (preparation of goods receiving report, checklist, rejection note, delivery note, service entry sheet, consignment card, status labels,)
** MIS Reporting - All required reports maintaining in MS-Excel.

2) Dispatch Activity
** Responsible for dispatch. look at dispatch activity
** Planning of monthly Region wise domestic dispatches
** Domestic Shipment Packaging & Dispatching to be done as per the Standards SOP.
** Export Material Packing & Container Loading Planning as per Container load Capacity
** Export & Local Dispatch –Export invoice generation. Development of Material packing.
** Packaging to be done as per the Export Standards SOP
** Material Reservation/ Ship confirm, material checking, packing
** Prepare Modvat document to send with dispatch Dealer & Customer on timely delivered.
** Transact with transporter & courier for timely dispatch & costs saving

3) Stock Maintaining Activity(Inventory Management).
** Controlling on overall Warehouse (Stores) activities like Inventory, Material Management.
** Inventory - Monitoring, Controlling
