Responsibilities  :
** Supervision of Store, Stock Maintance.
** Handling Goods Received and Issues to various Department. .
** Checking of Bills (All type of Purchases) and forward for approval at Director.

Managing Purchase Process  :
Quotations calling, making comparative statements, verification of Samples (if any), placing of orders after approval Director Handling all Correspondence on the subject of “Purchases and Stores”.
** Maintain Vendors, Suppliers & Contractors Data etc.
** Coordination / Communication with internal departments & receiving telephone calls from outside / inside.
