Abstract : The objective of this paper is to provide the separate services for real time and non real time applications by using QCI classifier. It also aims to achieve a higher throughput by balancing the fairness index of the users.

Title : Utility-based admission control for mobile WiMAX networks.
Abstract : The objective of this paper is to provide the better signal between the user and the base station by the process known as “HANDOVER PROCESS”. Then it says about the priority relation between the handover and “NEW CONNECTION” process.CAC mechanism plays a important role in both the process which present in the base station.
