Experimental Skills :
Handled all type of Moisture sensitive Reactions and Reagents such as n-BuLi, LAH, NaBH4, to name a few.
Experience in handling. Bromine; Methanolic HCl, BH3-THF; NaH; SoCl2.
Worked on various named reactions like Suzuki coupling etc.
Worked on protection Deprotection of bases such Boc protection; benzoyl protection & Tosylmesyl in case of acids.
Handled cyanide reaction from R & D to scale up reactions

Production Skills :
1. Report to General Manager on batches performance and production schedules.
2. Ensuring the material availability for the batch manufacturing.
3. Ensuring the scale up batches are manufactured as per the Batch process recommended by R&D.
4. To Prepare daily production reports and daily stocks report and circulate the same as per the laid down quality procedures.
5. Coordination with maintenance department to ensure maintenance of production equipment as per job orders and ensuring the equipment available in the Production area are in working condition.
6. In-process, intermediate and Finished product samples are submitted for analysis as per BMR/BPR.
7. Ensuring the proper storage of the products to prevent mixing of different batches orcontamination.
8. Preparation, and Review of Standard Operating procedures for production department.
9. Raising Change controls and ensuring the Quality Management system is being followed.
10.Maintain proper identification of the materials in the production blocks as per the laid down procedures.
11.Ensuring blending and packing of the batches as per the procedures.
12.To handover the packed material to bonded warehouse after approval of the product.
13.Ensuring the entries in the BMR/BPR are made as soon as the activities are performed.
14.Ensure filling of all the inspections and test records pertaining to a batch along with the respective BMR/BPR for traceability purpose.
15.To ensure that the log books of each equipment is updated online.
16.To ensure that the cleaning activities are performed as per the defined procedure.
17.Monitoring the yield and quality analysis every month.
18.Monitoring all critical and non-critical parameters.
19.
Review of BMR and handing over to QA.
20.Ensure safe handling of all hazardous chemicals to prevent accidents.
21.Having good knowledge in documentation systems as per cGMP
