PROJECT :
- Design and modification of Traverse mechanism of Entry table in coil Tilter in CRM at Salem steel plant.In bell annealing furnace it require coil in vertical position but entering coil in horizontal .so tilted the coil of HZ to VT. My project is the modification of table and cylinder piston arrangement by Gear arrangement.
Another one modification is modify the hydraulic circuit by control valves.
IN-PLANT TRAINING :
- In plant Training in Integral Coach Factory at Chennai. From 25 May 10 to 01 June 10.In this training I was visited first four days in shell division and saw the many types of welding used. And saw how the coaches are manufactured. Last three days in Furnishing division. In this division how the electric works and paintings are done.
