MY JOB ROLE :
** Assists Designers with design and Prepare of approval drawings for new projects.
** For technical support take Ideas from the Architect and engineers and project supports peoples.
** Coordinates with site Engineers Project manager and related staff.
** Prepares accurate and well-presented drawings to meet the standards and targets as specified in the Project Plan.
** Visit the site and collect details for layout, Shop drawing preparation.
** Preparing Construction Site facilities & Mobilization Drawings for all Disciplines.
** Develops Layout, Elevations, Sections, Details, Setting Out, and General arrangement drawings for All Disciplines.
** Prepares Shop Drawings, Single line diagrams, and schedules based on Client/consultant Design Drawings as per site requirements. (All Disciplines).
** Prepares Fit out, Interior Design, and Fire Evocation Drawings.
** Prepares structural Details drawing, joinery details, and Bar bending Schedule.
** Prepares MEP Drawings. (Electrical, Fire protection, HVAC, Telecom, Mechanical & Plumbing)
** Prepares Form Work, Scaffolding, and Crane Lifting plan if required During Constriction work.
** Supporting QS to take BOQ during the tender time.
MY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
** Ensures timely produce the self-performance and shop DWGs.
** Ensures that DWGs are accurate and well presented as per the company procedures and standards.
(Layer, text Style, Dimension style, leader, temple, and Pen Assailment).
** Produces the targeted number of approved shop DWGs monthly as per the Master list of shop DWGs populated with planned submission dates.
** Followed up Submission drawing till getting Comments or Approval from Client or Consultant.
** Attending meetings and discussions with Clients, Consultants, and Subcontractors.
** Reviews the DWGs before submitting these including (Key Plan, General notes, Legends, abbreviation, Reference drawing List, and Drawing Scale with Title).
** Ensures study of the design DWGs ensures compliance with the design general notes/details and approved material submittals to be implemented in the produced shop DWGs.
** Cross-checking MEP drawings with Civil/Structural/Architectural Drawings before MEP drawing submission.
** Ensures the quality of CAD files. Making Purge for reducing File MB and saving as per the Client's required CAD version. And Providing with PDF.
** Preparation of Final RED LINE & AS-BUILT drawings.
** Supervising & allocating work to Draftsmen and following up till drawing Submission.
** AUTO CAD troubleshooting (resolving CAD software Issues).

** Extensive experience in CAD software Knowledge of the specification
** Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF & Photoshop.
** Able to work independently and excellent communication and team working skills.
** Having Good Constriction technology Knowledge.
** Easley can understand all disciplines of Design Drawings.
** Producing Shop drawings with clear and more details in a short time.
** If required for more Clarification, can be prepared Isometric and 3D drawings.
** Able to work with Multi-disciplines Drawings (Arch, Civil, Structural & MEP).

** Communication Skills and self-discussion with Project people.
** Self-understand Client Comments and can address the drawing.
